يطلق مكتب شؤون المغتربين بمحافظة تعز حملة إلكترونية لتوعية المغتربين اليمنيين في الخارج بخطر الوباء العالمي "فيروس كورونا" وأهمية تجنيب اليمن مخاطر وصوله.
وتهدف الحملة إلى توعية المغتربين بخطر الوباء العالمي وحتمية الوقاية منه لتجنب الإصابة منه واستشعار المسؤولية الوطنية بالحيلولة لعدم وصوله اليمن.
كما تهدف الحملة لتقديم صورة لمعاناة اليمن ووضعها الصحي المتدني وعجزها عن مواجهة وباء عالمي هز أركان امبراطوريات دولية وصحية متقدمة.
ويدعو مكتب شؤون المغتربين بتعز الشباب والنشطاء والإعلاميين للمشاركة في حملة التوعية وتوجيه رسائل تستشعر المسؤولية الجمعية والوطنية في مواجهة مخاطر الوباء وأهمية العمل على عدم وصوله.
وقال مدير عام المكتب نشوان نعمان أن الحملة تأتي لتعزيز الاجراءات الاحترازية التي اتخذتها الحكومة ولجنة الطوارئ في محافظة تعز لمواجهة الوباء، واستشعار من المكتب لخطورة الوضع حال قدوم المغتربين في ظل الأوضاع الراهنة وعدم الجاهزية الصحية للبلد لمواجهته.
وأشار إلى أن الحملة تهدف ايضا لتوعية المغتربين بأهمية التزامهم بقوانين الدول المتواجدين فيها، واتباع الإرشادات الصحية والحجر الاحترازي لتجنب الإصابة بالفيروس حفاظا على صحتهم.
وسبق وأن بادرت وزارة المغتربين منذ البداية بالتواصل مع السفارات اليمنية وقيادات الجاليات اليمنية لمتابعة تداعيات أزمة فيروس (كوفيد19) ومتابعة أوضاع الجاليات اليمنية خشية انتشار الفيروس وتأثيره في أوساطهم وشدد على ضرورة الالتزام بجميع الاجراءت الوقائية للحماية من الوباء.
من جانبه وجه معالي وزير المغتربين علوي بافقيه وكلاء الوزارة بمتابعة وتفقد أوضاع المغتربين والتواصل مع الجاليات اليمنية في الخارج، كما وجه ملحقي شؤون المغتربين في السفارات اليمنية بالعمل والتعاون مع السفارات لإنشاء لجان طوارئ بهدف مواجهة الأزمة وتقديم الدعم للمغتربين وحثهم على المشاركة الفعالة في تلك اللجان والرفع بتقارير مشاركتهم للوزارة والاعلان عن أرقام للتواصل معهم من قبل المغتربين.
MOMA Taiz Office launches an awareness campaign on the dangers of the Corona epidemic and the role of Yemeni migrants in preventing it from reaching Yemen.

The MOMA Office in the governorate of Taiz is launching an electronic campaign to educate Yemeni immigrants abroad about the global epidemic threat "Corona virus" and the importance of Yemen avoiding the risks of its arrival.
The campaign aims at raising the Yemeni migrants' awareness of the danger of the global epidemic and the inevitability of preventing them from being infected and sensing the national responsibility by preventing it from reaching Yemen.
The campaign also aims to present a picture of Yemen's suffering, its poor health status, and its inability to face a global epidemic that shook the pillars of advanced international and health empires.
The MOMA Office invites the youth, activists, and media professionals to participate in the awareness campaign and send clear messages that sense the collective and national responsibility in facing the epidemic risks and the importance of working to prevent it from reaching Yemen.
The Director of the Taiz MOMA Office, Mr Nashwan Noman, said that the campaign comes to reinforce the precautionary measures taken by the government and the emergency committee in the governorate of Taiz to confront the epidemic, and a sense from the office of the seriousness of the situation if the migrants return considering the current situation and the country's health inability to cope with it.
He pointed out that the campaign also aims to educate Yemeni migrants on the importance of their commitment to the laws of the countries in which they are located, and to follow health guidelines and precautionary quarantine to avoid being infected with the virus to preserve their health.
The Ministry of Migrants Affairs has already initiated, from the beginning, communication with the Yemeni embassies and leaders of the Yemeni communities to follow up the repercussions of the (Covid 19) virus crisis and following up the conditions of the Yemeni communities for fear of spreading the virus and its impact on them, and stressed the need to adhere to all preventive measures to protect from the epidemic.
For his part, His Excellency Minister of Migrants Affairs Alawi Bafakih instructed the Ministry’s Undersecretaries to follow up and inspect the conditions of Yemeni migrants and communicate with Yemeni communities abroad, as he directed the Attaches of Migrants Affairs in Yemeni embassies to work and cooperate with embassies to establish emergency committees in order to face the crisis and provide support to migrants and urge them to actively participate in those committees and raise with their participation forward reports to the Ministry and the announcement of numbers for migrants to communicate with them.
