اعتدى أفراد طقم تابع لقوات الأمن الخاص بمأرب بعد ظهر اليوم على قاض في المحكمة الإبتدائية بمأرب.
وقال القاضي عبدالله المصرعي عضو محكمة مأرب الإبتدائية في محضر بالواقعة أن طقما تابعا للأمن الخاص اوقفه اثناء مروره في منطقة الجفينة لزيارة أحد أقاربه وهو على متن سيارته دون مبرر.
موضحا أنه عرض عليهم بطاقته القضائية وابدى استعداده للقبول بتفتيش سيارته إن كان ذلك مطلوبا ،وأنه حاول الإستفسار عن سبب إيقافه ومحاولة ادخاله الى غرفة يقف الطقم بجانبها وكان الرد انه عاكس خط في شارع غير رئيسي.
وأشار القاضي عبدالله المصرعي إلى انه تعرض للإعتداء بالأيدي من قبل بعض افراد الطقم، وكذلك السب والشتم ،وتمزيق ورقة حاول ان يدون فيها محضر بالواقعة بحضور شهود من سكان الجفينة بمدينة مأرب.
إلى ذلك حضر رئيس نيابة استئناف مارب القاضي عارف المخلافي بعد تلقيه اتصالا من القاضي المصرعي بحادثة الإعتداء وعمل محضرا بالواقعة.
