اغلق مصرف الكريمي أبوابه اليوم في كافة مناطق العاصمة عدن، ملتحقا بالاضراب الشامل الذي بدأته منشآت الصرافة امس، احتجاجا على اقدام البنك المركزي على اغلاق عدد من منشأت الصرافة المرخصة.
وتسبب الاضراب الذي تواصل لليوم الثاني بشلل تام لعملية الصرافة والتحويلات المالية في عدن، وسط ظهور لصرافي السوق السوداء، في وقت اعلن فيه البنك المركزي تواصل حملته الميدانية للتفتيش على منشآت الصرافة رغم اغلاقها.
وأعلنت جمعية صرافي عدن إغلاق محلات الصرافة بالعاصمة عدن عقب تعدي البنك المركزي على بعض المحال وإغلاقها وطرد عمالها تحت مبرر تحميلهم مسؤولية تدهور العملة، محملة البنك تبعات قراراته غير المنصفة .
وعبرت الجمعية عن استنكارها ورفضها للغبن والاجحاف الحاصلين من البنك المركزي في حق الصرافين والنيل من سمعتهم من خلال الهجوم على محلاتهم بالاطقم العسكرية والدخول الى المحلات وطرد من فيها اضافه الى تحميل الصرافين مسؤلية تدهور العملة وكذلك مطالبتهم المستمرة لطلبات تعسفية وغير قانونية، مؤكدة التزامها بالقانون المنظم لاعمال الصرافة وكذا التعاميم الصادرة من البنك المركزي وتخلي مسؤليتها وتحمل البنك المركزي المسؤلية الكاملة تجاه تدهور العملة وهبوط سعر الريال كون البنك المركزي هو الجهة المنوط بها تثبيت سعر الصرف.
وكشف مدير مكتب محافظ البنك المركزي اليمني بسام عثمان عن محاولات البنك لتشتيت الانتباه عن اسباب فشل كبح جماح ارتفاع اسعار صرف العملات الاجنبية مقابل الريال اليمني.
وقال عثمان في منشور على صفحته في فيسبوك: #عملية اغلاق محلات الصرافة وتحميلها اسباب انهيار سعر صرف الريال مجرد محاولة بائسة لتشتيت انتباه الشارع عن السبب الرئيسي في هذا الانهيار الكارثي والمتمثل في تراكمات فساد، فشل ، عجز ممنهج وعدم استقرار مبرمج لادارة مؤسسات الدولة.

The Sarafi Association of Aden announced the closure of exchange shops in the capital, Aden, after the central bank violated some stores, closed them and expelled their workers under the justification of holding them responsible for the deterioration of the currency, blaming the bank for the consequences of its unfair decisions.
The Assembly expressed its condemnation and rejection of the injustice and prejudice that the central bank obtained from the money changers and undermining their reputation by attacking their stores with military staff and entering the shops and expelling those in it in addition to holding the cashiers responsible for the deterioration of the currency as well as their continuous demand for arbitrary and illegal requests, confirming their commitment to the law regulating the work Money exchange as well as the circulars issued by the Central Bank and give up their responsibility and bear the Central Bank fully responsible towards the deterioration of the currency and the fall of the riyal, as the central bank is the authority responsible for fixing the exchange rate.
The Director of the Office of the Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen, Bassam Othman, revealed the bank's attempts to divert attention from the reasons for the failure to curb the high exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Yemeni riyal.
Othman said in a post on his Facebook page: # The process of closing exchange stores and downloading them the reasons for the collapse of the riyal exchange rate is just a miserable attempt to divert the attention of the street from the main cause of this catastrophic collapse, which is the accumulation of corruption, failure, systematic deficit and programmed instability to manage state institutions.
