Two civilians were killed and 8 others were injured today, Sunday, in mine explosions planted by the Houthi militia in separate areas in the districts of Hodeidah Governorate
Eyewitnesses and medical sources told almarsdpost that a citizen was killed in the explosion of a Houthi mine left by the Houthi militia that had been planted on the roads in the village of Wadi Nakhla, Hays district, while he was riding his motorcycle heading to the center of Hays city.
In the same district, 7 civilians, most of them women and children, were injured today, Sunday, when a landmine left behind by the Houthi group exploded in a car they were traveling in AlFawahah area, northeast of Hays district, south of Hodeidah, west of Yemen.
Eyewitnesses said the blast wounded 7 people from one family, including 4 children and two women.
In the Al Jala area in the Al Tuhayta district, a civilian was killed and another landmine exploded, distributed by the Houthi militia.
Eyewitnesses said that Ali Muhammad Mukaiber, 30 was killed and wounded, Hijban Ahmed Wakeeh 20 as a result of a landmine explosion in the Al Jala area in the Al Tuhayta district, south of the coastal governorate of Al Hodeidah, western Yemen.
