كلية اللغات والترجمة بجامعة عدن من أحدث كليات جامعة عدن لم يمر على تأسيسها إلا سنوات معدودة الأ أنها قطعت شوط كبير في فتح وتطوير برامج نوعية ملبية لمتطلبات سوق العمل ومواكبة لأرقى الجامعات العالمية من حيث تجهيز القاعات الدراسية بأحدث التقنيات وعقد ورش علمية مكثفة لتطوير معارف ومهارات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لمواكبة الأعتماد الأكاديمي الدولي وضمان الجودة .
والقيام بين الحين والآخر بمراجعة وتحديث وتطوير البرامج العلمية بحسب مجريات التطور العالمي .
وفي ضل انتشار فيروس كورونا Covid-19ساهمت كلية اللغات والترجمة بنشر منشورات توعوية عن مخاطر فيروس كورونا والحد من انتشار الفيروس وإتباع أفضل الطرق الصحية للوقاية من ذلك الفيروس .
وتعتبر أول مؤسسة أكاديمية تساهم في هذا العمل وبجهود طلابية مدعومة من طاقم وعمادة الكلية .
ووجهت عمادة الكلية بطباعة بعض المطويات وإخراجها بشكل ورقي ومن ثم توزيعها .
