حضرموت (عدن الغد) خاص:
أصدر رئيس محكمة استئناف محافظة حضرموت فضيلة القاضي هاشم عبداللاه الجفري، التعميم رقم (3) لسنة 2020م، بشأن تعليق العمل بمحكمة استئناف حضرموت والمحاكم التابعة لها.
وقضى التعميم بتعليق العمل بمحكمة استئناف حضرموت والمحاكم التابعة لها اعتباراً من اليوم الأربعاء، واعتماد شهر شعبان إجازة قضائية إلى جانب شهر رمضان المبارك.
ويأتي القرار بناءً على قرار مجلس القضاء الأعلى بشأن تعليق العمل بالمحاكم والنيابات العامة، وحرصاً على سلامة القضاة والعاملين في السلك القضائي من الحالة الوبائية المتمثلة في فايروس كورونا المستجد.

The President of the Hadramaut Appeals Court, His Eminence Judge Hashem Abdallah Al-Jafri, issued Circular No. 3 of 2020 regarding the suspension of work in the Hadramout Appeals Court and its affiliated courts.
The circular stipulated that the work of the Hadramout Appeals Court and its courts be suspended from today, Wednesday, and that the month of Sha`ban approved a judicial leave in addition to the blessed month of Ramadan.
The decision is based on the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council regarding the suspension of work in courts and public prosecutions, and in the interest of the safety of judges and workers in the judiciary from the epidemiological situation of the emerging Corona virus.
