طالب بدر معاون أمين عام المجلس المحلي ونائب محافظ عدن فخامة الرئيس القائد المشير ركن عبدربه منصور هادي بمساءلة وإحالة كل من أوصل عدن إلى هذا الوضع السيئ في خدمة الكهرباء في المحافظة للمحاسبة.
ولفت معاون إلى أن منظومة كهرباء العاصمة المؤقتة عدن تشهد تدهورا وانهيار كبير وزيادة العجز في التوليد وتزايد ساعات الإطفاء مما تسبب بمعاناة كبيرة لأهالي المدينة الساحلية.
وقال معاون أنه تزامنا مع بداية فصل الصيف وإلزام المواطنين الحجر المنزلي بسبب انتشار جائحة كورونا فإن خدمة الكهرباء تشهد تدهورا كبيرا وصلت حد ساعة واحد تشغيل وست ساعات انطفاء للتيار.
وأوضح معاون ان هناك عدة أسباب هي التي أوصلت منظومة كهرباء عدن إلى هذا الوضع واهمها :
1) عدم توفير قطع الغيار المطلوبة لمحطات الكهرباء الحكومية
2) عدم تسديد مخصصات المستثمرين ملاك مولدات الكهرباء المشتراه بانتظام
3) عدم انتظام برنامج تزويد محطات الكهرباء بالوقود الديزل والمازوت
لافتا الى ان الأسباب اعلاه هي ذاته التي تتكرر سنوياً مع الكهرباء.
وختم معاون تصريحه بتجديد مطالبته لفخامة الرئيس هادي بإحالة المتسببين في ذلك الفشل والعجز والأزمة الكهربائية في عدن للمساءلة والعقاب باتخاذ الإجراءات الإدارية والقانونية المتبعة والتدخل العاجل بوضع حلول مستعجلة لأزمة الكهرباء لرفع معاناة المواطنين في عدن التي تشهد أجواء حاره ورطوبة عالية تزامناً مع دخول فصل الصيف
Badr, Deputy Secretary-General of the Local Council and Deputy Governor of Aden, His Excellency President Leader Field Marshal Abd Rabu Mansour Hadi, called for accountability and referral of all those who brought Aden to this bad situation in the electricity service in the governorate for accountability.
He pointed out that the electricity system of the temporary capital of Aden is witnessing a great deterioration and collapse, some increase in the generation deficit and some increase in the hours of extinguishing, which caused great suffering to the people of the coastal city.
He said that coinciding with the beginning of the summer and obliging the citizens to quarantine the house due to the spread of the Corona pandemic, the electricity service is witnessing a great deterioration, reaching one hour of operation and six hours of power cut.
He pointed out that there are several reasons that led the Aden Electricity System to this situation, the most important of which are:
1) Failure to provide the required spare parts for government power stations
2) Failure to pay the allocations of investors, owners of generators, which are purchased regularly
3) Irregular supply of diesel and diesel fuel stations
Pointing out that the above reasons are the same that are repeated annually with electricity.
The Associate concluded his statement by renewing his demand for His Excellency President Hadi to refer those responsible for that failure, powerlessness and electrical crisis in Aden to accountability and punishment by taking the administrative and legal measures followed and urgent intervention by setting urgent solutions to the electricity crisis to raise the suffering of citizens in Aden that are experiencing hot and high humidity simultaneously with the up coming of the summer season
