افتتح محافظ حضرموت قائد المنطقة العسكرية الثانية اللواء الركن فرج سالمين البحسني، اليوم ، مشروع تطوير وتحديث مبنى فرع شركة النفط بساحل حضرموت ، ونادي النفط الرياضي بالشركة.
وطاف المحافظ، ومعه مدير عام فرع الشركة بساحل حضرموت الدكتور خالد العكبري، بإدارات وأقسام الشركة..متعرفاً على مهامها والتحديثات التي طرأت عليها، والجهود التكاملية التي أثمرت في الاستقرار التمويني للمشتقات النفطية، حاثاً الموظفين على تكثيف الجهود وتضافر ومواصلة العمل بوتيرة عالية.
وأكد المحافظ البحسني أن ما تم إنجازه في فرع شركة النفط بساحل حضرموت يعد عملاً كبيراً يعكس اهتمام قيادة الشركة بالجوانب التنظيمية ومواكبة التطورات الحديثة، والتي أظهرت نموذجاً مشرفاً للشركة بحلتها الجديدة..متمنياً أن تكون هذه الإضافات بمثابة حافز لزيادة عطاءات الموظفين.
وقال " إن شركة النفط نجحت خلال الفترات الماضية في القيام بدورها في تنظيم وتنفيذ وإدارة الأنشطة المتعلقة بالجانب التسويقي للمنتجات النفطية في السوق المحلي وتأمين احتياجاته من المشتقات النفطية، وتوفيرها للمستهلك، بما يكفل تحقيق مستويات الاستقرار التمويني، واستطاعت قيادة الشركة أن تربط هذا النجاح، ليتزامن مع مواكبة التطلعات في التطوير ومواكبة الحداثة، والاهتمام بجوانب التدريب والتأهيل لكوادر الشركة وإدخال التقنيات الحديثة للعمل".
وأضاف "رغم تأثيرات العوامل الاقتصادية العالمية والمحلية، وظروف الحرب، إلا أن الشركة استطاعت بقدرة وكفاءة طاقمها وإدارتها أن تتجاوز الأزمات، وتمضي بخطى ثابتة نحو التطوير المدروس والاهتمام بالارتقاء بمستوى الأداء والكفاءة، تنفيذاً لإستراتيجية التحديث والتطوير والاستقرار التمويني التي تنتهجها، والتي بدأت ثمارها واضحة للجميع".
من جانبه أوضح مدير عام الشركة ، أن استراتيجية التطوير شملت تطوير وتحديث مبنى فرع الشركة بالمكلا بكافة إداراته وأقسامه، وتجهيز قاعة خاصة للاجتماعات، وصالة للألعاب الرياضية، وتحديث محطات الشركة، والتوسع في اقامة محطات نموذجية على مستوى المحافظة، وزيادة الخزن الاستراتيجي لمنشآتها، وإدخال الأنظمة الإلكترونية الحديثة، والاهتمام بالتدريب والتأهيل، والتدوير الوظيفي، والاستمرار بتعزيز قدرة الشركة برفدها بأسطول نقل متميز وحديث.
وكرّم محافظ حضرموت ، رئيس وأعضاء الحملة التوعوية لمكافحة فيروس كوفيد19 بفرع الشركة نظير جهودهم المبذولة واسهاماتهم في رفع وعي المواطنين بخطورة الوباء والحد من انتشاره.
