On Thursday, July 29, 2021, 14 civilians were killed and injured, as a result of the explosion of a mine left by the Houthi militia in the Durayhimi district, south of Hodeidah, western Yemen.
The media center of the Giants Brigades said in a statement that a mine left by the Houthis exploded on a bus carrying citizens in the Al Hada area in Al Durayhimi, killing 3 civilians and seriously wounding 11 others.
The sources added that the injured were transferred to Al Durayhimi Hospital to receive treatment and necessary first aid. He pointed out that this Houthi crime comes two days after a citizen was injured in the same district, after a Houthi drone targeted a residential neighborhood in the Shujaira area.
It is noteworthy that the mines and explosive devices planted by the terrorist Houthi militia in separate areas south of Hodeidah caused the death and injury of dozens of civilians, most of whom are children and women.
